Need help with fixing face discoloration (Version 1.6.640)

Jonna in my game has face discoloration when I load another game save during my session, there is no discoloration when first loading into the game however after I load another save and load back into the same save the discoloration occurs. It's been quite confusing to troubleshoot as I don't believe I have a mod that modifies her appearance, and yet she looks different from vanilla I've exported the facegen and placed it into an empty and MO2 shows no mod conflicting with it, so idk why she looks different. I do have high poly true to vanilla npc overhaul mod but looking through the files there are no facegen mesh for her ID, the mod does not touch her when going through SEEdit. Is this a limitation of the engine when loading saves? I've downloaded the face discoloration fix to temporarily fix it, but this is the only npc I'm aware this affects so I would like to fix this properly. I've loaded all my esps in ssedit to try find anything but there's only USSEP and skyrim.esp affecting her records, thus I concede and cannot find this hidden mod supposedly changing her appearance and causing this issue.

If you use More Informative Console you can click on her and it will give info about which mod or mods have accessed her.
