Found this mod and that is a neat idea.I think Skyrim implemented this in a mod but it's nice to see it in Fallout.

 

It's wear and tear for clothing and armor based upon your HP. Here's a link if you want to see more or use it.

That's brilliant. Would be not suitable for me or others using a different body type and would take long to expand it for more clothes and armor. Nonetheless a nice concept, funny and enjoyable mod. I'll give it a try. Thanks.

Well it first came out for oblivion and was called BU (Break Undies) where the more the person was hurt the more the armor/outfit broke. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/29751/? Glad someone is implementing it into the other games.
