More Nasty Critters - Draugrs - New models and textures Patch

View File

Makes the amazing Draugr replacer compatible with MNC (gives them a dong basically).

Install manually or with your favourite mod manager.

SSE/AE only

Requirements:

More Nasty Critters (duh)
Draugrs - New models and textures

Load my compatibility patch after these two mods and make sure it doesn't get overwritten by other mods.

Have fun! ☺

Does this compatible with ABC?

ABC aka Animated Beast Cock is only for animal or at least that is what the name imply... these are zombie, so I dont think ABC will compatible with it.

Hi, I tried porting it to LE using this guide but failed - game crashes as soon as CF tries to apply naked skin to draugrs. Could you be so kind to provide a functional port or some tips how I could make it myself?

I did try this and was so hopeful.  I use Naked Defeat and have never had a problem with Draugrs when defeated.  In this case, ND states no valid actors.  It seems to not recognize the modified draugrs. Multiple attempts so I will research some more but some FYI.  EDIT:  Had some more information.  Appears it was the Solstheim Draugr that had an issue not being recognized.  (Alternate start location).  In Tamriel, Defeat works fine but defaults to standard draugr.  Ok.  I will keep testing.

It's fairly easy to adapt Draugr replacer to ABC (not sure why the OP didn't use ABC instead of the ancient MNC). Just open Outfit Studio and import the ABC Draugr, then import Draugr replacer nif, delete the  ABC body and copy the bone weights. Very similar as you were doing an outfit. But the benefits are you have SMP collisions, a higher poly (more accurate) parts, tongue and whatever else ABC adds.

Could you also consider making a patch for the Falmer Overhaul?

Thank you. : - )

I've tried doing it myself (using LE backports) and it's quite a bit more annoying than making a draugr patch
The underwear is painted on in the normal and diffuse maps
I liberally used the clone stamp brush to get something that sort of looks right as a proof of concept, and attached the ABC mesh
It's certainly possible, just very laborious (especially for someone like me who doesn't have experience in Skyrim modding specifically)ssf.png.e909a15dc544b4fb726205cf9458765f.png

Copying bone weights doesn't work for me. Bodyslide says "There no reference shape" Where could the error lie?

You don't have a reference shape. Whatever you are trying to copy... you need to set it as reference shape, then you can copy the bone weights. (Don't forget to unset it as reference once you save it)

You mean make the ABC body the reference, copy the bone weights of the ABC body to the replacer body, and then delete the ABC body.  Save.  Overwrite the replacer body and ABC with this. ?  For all of the replacer body types.

Hi,
I can't replace the mnc body to abc.
In outfit studio i set draugr as a reference then i copy the weight of the bones to Male_L_001 then i delete the draugr body.
When i want to export the nif, i get the message unweighted vertices.
If i save anyway the body explodes when i open it in nifscope.
It would be nice if someone could share working nifs.

I tried both nifskope and outfit studio, copy and paste method for restless dead draugrs. Penis just floating around draugrs. Im trying to patch The Restless Dead - Mandragorasprouts' Draugrs to MNC and ABC.

Would anyone have a file / zip that gives the schlong the same texture as the new Draugr skin? I now have my draugr working great in skyrim with the new body textures even when the draugr strip. but the schlong that appears is still the same texture as the original MNC draugr skin. Be very cool if the schlong also matched the texture of the new draugrs. :)

Did this new Falmer texture ever get a similar treatment? This image seems to indicate it worked. I just havent seen any mods/files that do the same for this falmer as has been done for the new Draugr.

It's not ideal but I made a threw together a quick patch using Paint.NET to blend the colours better, it's not perfect but better than a bright grey dong 😆
