large mod

I have a large mod, 343 mg, but 250 mg is the largest that can be installed here.  Opening the file folder shows 341 mg is from one file.  I there an easy way to break this mod up and be able to install it here on LL

If it's a BSA, you can break it up in two, by unpacking it and repacking a subset of the files in two BSAs.

 

If it's an image, compress it better!

 

Otherwise, tell us more about that file and how it got to be so big.

Use a multi-part archive?

Files aren't generally measured in milligrams 😁 but is the 343mg compressed or uncompressed? 7zip's default compression will compress files more than zip or rar.
