You should play Witcher 3 just because it's a great game. Also, by the time you're done, the BG3 mod tools should actually be out and people should have had enough time to make crazier mods.

They are very different games. The only true point of comparison it to say that they are both extremely good games and long ones too. That said, you make it sound like you can only play one. Why? Why not play both and while your at it, what's to stop you from playing both at the same time. Neither game is so large that you can't fit both on a hard drive or a ssd. Witcher 3 is certainly older and has had more time for mods to bake but doesn't nearly have the level of customization that you can do in the game like BG3. Also, while you can actually make almost every single woman in the game naked, not just Ciri and Yennefer but all the npcs as well, you can only really appreciate them one at a time. In BG3 you can make an entire party of naked women if you wish and you can play as them too. One last bit I will add in favor of BG3 is that if your a bit clever and can learn some basic modding, then with blender and the BG3 ExportTool you can make your own character models. At that point the only limit is your own creativity as far as how you want your harem to look in the game. I am more of a larger breast, slim waist, sporty abs and toned muscles kind of guy myself and nothing like that existed so I ended up making my own meshes.

Answer is kinda easy, try both as said earlier reply. I played both several times and will play em again. Maybe BG3 you can replay more as there are so many options and each time you replay the game you will discover something new.

BG 3 is just more mature by nature. But honestly neither are NSFW games imo, yes can have nudes but thats nothing special and there are some sex scenes but it you really want NSFW you might be disappointed in both games. 

 

For me there is only 1 true NSFW game. Skyrim SE with few hundreds of mods. Nothing beats that game today. Kinda a shame there is no real competition after so many years. Next would be fallout 4 but it doesnt have the magic feel of skyrim and way less good mods.

In my opinion? Neither. Go play Skyrim if you want extensive adult playthrough.
