Looking for smal mods you didnt think you need.

After a whole bunch of tinkering ive got about what i wanted (again), but .esp limit is done at this point. And as playing it was never really the point, im looking for bits and pieces that made a difference for you to add on top of the build (and probably break it again, to start another cycle of merging.). So, what .esl's or SKSE plugins you stumbled upon that just make things better?

Im talking Ice behaving as it should: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/121420

Or nice little quest that looks like it should've been there to begin with: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/92381?tab=files&file_id=453750

 This kind of stuff.

While I will point out Simple Fishing Overhaul here, most of JaySerpa's mods fall into this category.

Now, this is great selection. Somehow i had half of his line expansion mods and never checked the full list of his works. Great recomendation.

Let Your Hair Down is the one I never knew I needed until I saw it.

Though to be fair, I use it in the exact opposite way, to get my char's hair up and out of the way for... scientific reasons ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

My #1 most used tiny mod - aside from UI stuff - is "Get Outta My Way".

It simply allows you to forcepunch NPCs without repercussions at the press of a button. NPCs being stupid, buggy or disrespectful to you? Vent your frustration by sending them flying across the room.

This tiny feature has singlehandedly reduced my frustration playing skyrim by 90%, and increased my happiness substancially.

But then again: You stated you like tinkering with Skyrim instead of playing it, so maybe you're a masochist and frustration is the whole point to you. Hey, i'm not judging: Just stating the obvious.

A lawyer... who will protect me from the arbitrary actions of the stupid city guards - who never know when NOT to intervene?

But that's exactly what the adventurous player needs in Skyrim!

I'll add this one to the list: Loading Screen Truce, a mod which deactivates enemy AI while transitioning between zones when the game world is still being rendered so that the player character will not be attacked before they can even see the hostile NPCs.

A sweet thing. Dont have much issues with loading ATM, but sure would be nice before the rig update.
