Converting Fallout to Skyrim issue

Well i followed nightasy tutorials but i have one small problem. Oblivion/daz or Fallout will have that T pose idle while skyrim is rigged to another idle pose. 

 

My issue is how can i move/align the legs/hands to the position where the skyrim body is?

I've ported obliv and fo3 stuff into Skyrim - just import a relevant skeleton when you import the mesh and move the bones as much as possible to fit the Skyrim T-pose and then collapse the skin modifier

The method I posted was for Max, it's very quick, just rotate the shoulders down and rotate the thighs, for skyrim a little forward rotation on the forearms too.  Soft selection on mesh verts will get anything after that.
