I found another person made one but it created only 30 frames and the pictures end up pretty bright compared to the original file.

Found out how to create my own images using a video and made one for Taoqi.

Not sure whether I am allowed to post the Taoqi version here since I used a video without asking the author for permission as I was intending to use it privately.

I used that genshin gif  -> frames creator https://gamebanana.com/mods/460993 . I would grab a vid, use ezgif to turn it into a gif, size or rotate it to what I need, then feed it into the frame creator. Then I just used/asked chatgpt to make python scripts to batch save the frames/individual dds files to what I needed (bc 7 sRGB, linear, R8G8B8A8 Linear, etc...), auto change stuff in the .ini like ps-t2 / ps-t3 to "this". Sorry, havent been modding or playing wuwa properly since my pc exploded in july (but getting a new pc soon).
