I don't know what you mean. I've been using Reshade Presets since I started using XXMILauncher. I always buy the season pass and monthly subscription, and I haven't been banned from anything. Obviously, if I'm going to share screenshots, I'm not going to show my user ID while using mods; it's pretty obvious.
Besides, as long as you don't use external tools to increase your Astrites without buying them or use cheats to defeat a boss in one hit, you won't get banned. It's pointless for Kuro Games to ban an account that generates monthly revenue. Using costume mods or Reshade won't get you banned, but if you use cheats to break the game, it's obvious you'll get banned.

I hope I have cleared up your doubt.

I couldn't tell you the requirements for using ReShade. My CPU is an i5-11400F with 32GB of RAM and an RTX 4060 Ti 8GB. Depending on the presets, the FPS is affected. When I use Complete RTX, my FPS drops to as low as 23 FPS.
I'd say it depends on your hardware.

It is possible to play like this but frames will drop occasionally especially if you run Mornye in lahai Roi (summer biome) on 4K Res. This person is likely taking pictures in Rinacita next to the hologram challenge. The best I get is 80FPS and occasional drop to 60FPS

Also please make sure you are injecting your Libraries to connect reshade to your Wuwa game. Take a look at W4nderingSouls' Instructions for more info here

 

Places like Rinascita, Jinzhou, and Lahai Roi (winter Biome) run really well due to not as much foliage or detail in the environment as Septimont and Lahai Roi (City Zone) These types of presets will be very taxing when engaged with many groups of enemies unless your pc is built to handle it. But nonetheless the presets run fine when playing:

• Holograms
• Single bosses
• Thousand Gateways
• Tower of Adversity
• Most events
• Most Story Missions
• Character Trials
