I'm currently testing a new tool to "recolor" mod textures, and just like the Lumi mod I sent earlier, I'm using it as a test to practice applying transparency to mods. I'm not entirely satisfied yet because I haven't been able to get the long hair to show through the coat, but if many people download and like it, I can try to fix this problem later by updating this mod.

 

 

 

One thing I noticed is that the screenshots I took were using a different mod that changes the hair and bow color, but I'll include a file that you can rename to the white hair version. I saw that the hair bow seems to have lost its texture, but it's supposed to look like this:

Fuck... Well the good news is it'll at least work during her ult, the bad news is that you can VERY clearly see the difference in skin colour between the top and bottom halves, especially in overworld where the lighting difference is exaggerated. 

 

Yeah uhh no amount of texture work can fix this, I mean to begin with it'd be colour matching which I'm really bad at and the problem isn't really that the textures don't have the exact same coloured skin, like I can copy the upper body texture to the lower body texture 1 for 1 and it'll still produce a wildly different look in game because the two halves are fundamentally treated differently by the lighting so no matter what, they'll be split like this.

 

I went ahead and completed the mod regardless, texture edits, separations, toggles and all, but yeah honestly I'll probably not even bother using this full toggle myself, probably just reduce it to keep the seam covered, remove the nudity toggles and throw it in my safe pack, but for everyone else, I'll leave the fullest version of the toggle here.

There's no simple way to do this, and even worse, if it were done you'd have to sync toggles with another mod, so it's not as simple as you think, you can't "take it from one mod and put it in another" like it's a toggle.
So I guess the answer is: no.

Thanks to the Phrolova mod I posted earlier, I had an excuse to revisit this mod, the first Phrolova mod I ever downloaded and used. This sat in my safe mods pack since I got it and I guess I just never bothered to check the body texture or mess around with the draw calls, but when I was looking at it earlier I wondered why I had never tried to take off the jacket before and I found out I could toggle off everything. 2 hours later and 1 draw call was broken down into a whopping 60 draw calls and 12 keys.

Left - Jacket

Right - Skirt

 

Alt Up - Earrings

Alt Down - Shoes

Alt Left - Top

Alt Right - Panties

 

Ctrl Up - Nails

This mod wasn't made with toggles in mind so the base body isn't the highest quality and there are some weighting issues.

The texture work was also very rough, this doesn't use a standard nude body texture, but rather uses mirrored UVs which is the most annoying thing to work with, so I really didn't have much room to work with.

I also added a little drop in code to deactivate the model during ult so it doesn't visually break. Sucks but that's the consequence of merged skeleton.

 

 

Everyone should get Phrolova fr fr.

Edit: Speaking of old Phrolova mods, there was also that older really good Phrolova maid mod that has a full nude base body with missing textures that I could totally fix up...

Use the mod fixer https://github.com/Moonholder/Wuwa_Mod_Fixer first.

And find the second [ResourceTexture50] block in 4 .ini files (mod00, mod01, mod02, mod03), and change the name to [ResourceTexture51] (just change the second one)

The empty folders make no sense, you can delete them.

Of course I gave the maid mod a look! I just can't bloody help myself!...

So funny thing about this mod, it was originally released on Arca and was quickly replaced by a "fixed" version once the modder knew about per-component working for the ult, a second version with the ult was released but it was done hastily so the UVs for certain default textures were incorrectly mapped and thus overlapped with the maid outfit textures making them unusable, plus some weights were broken and the two body halves weren't properly stitched together leaving a noticeable gap. Add the 2 halves different lighting issue and the per component version on its own is pretty unsightly.

 

Luckily the per-component version is only used during the ult, so I can "afford" to have the broken parts without it destroying the mod since it only lasts for the ult cutscene and the back only partial distant shot of Phrolova on the ring anyway. 

WITH ALL THAT SAID, yes I worked my magic on both versions of the mod so unlike the previous mod I posted, this one will work during the ult.
