your phoebe clearly has nothing to load on her body, I would guess missing files or wrong file path. did you ctrl+f and replace hashes manually in the mod.ini? the line " hashes = ** " is the correct place for new hashes, not " **.dds ". **.dds is the path for mod to load texture file on characters.

If you still had the INI from before using FIX earlier just replace with old one
If you don't have it anymore unzip your mod again / replace ini with old one

Yes, it's my fault I didn't notice it before, to make it work you just have to leave the mod.ini code as seen in the image.

Thank you! It works now, but do you see a weird visual distortion? Its like the model is jittering or something. Any idea what that is?

I encountered the same issue as you—after following the previous user’s suggested modifications. However, I found the solution in the comments section of the original page:
Don’t delete so much from the “mod.ini” file. You only need to delete the line “global $mod_enabled = 0”.

I’ve fixed it now.
