If you had enabled RTX in engine.ini or overall mods will become glitchy

Well, maybe, for example, it is possible to simply swap the switches so that the regular model is considered as if there is a skin, and the mod will work, I don't know. But I hope it is possible, I really want a version of this mod with a skin, but I don't want to pay $ 30 for a skin on an old character

No matter how nice it looked or what mods there are for it, I could NOT justify $30 for a skin. Even IF I still use Jinhsi often, no justification for it.

Are you using any UI mods? That can tank FPS sometimes from what I read.

Nope, for UI I only have Cencor Remover and UID Hide. Total Character Mods 16.

your phoebe clearly has nothing to load on her body, I would guess missing files or wrong file path. did you ctrl+f and replace hashes manually in the mod.ini? the line " hashes = ** " is the correct place for new hashes, not " **.dds ". **.dds is the path for mod to load texture file on characters.
