Not blocked at all, if it is for you it might be because you're not logged in. If you are, it gotta be because of your account's visibility settings. Go to Profile > Control center > Content filtering and set everything to "Show".

I see. It actually was due to content visibility. Everything was set to shown other than the rating pending one. Thx for the tips.

I don't ever remember that rating pending one being there? is it new?

Also, I want to dl it but I'm gonna wait until it gets cleared. Makes me uneasy that I go to check the file contents and it shows nothing

Unfortunately, they seemed to have changed how they handle the profile icons. They generate a custom texture for icons each time anything changes with your party. So you can't modify them anymore. At least not to my knowledge.

I'm not sure since I haven't checked that visibility option in years, but I've seen some people said that rating pending option was just added so I guess it's new. Have something to do with file possibly containing a virus apparently.

To anyone wondering ahuang made this mod. However gu_jun is claiming his mod got stolen by him.
So Ahuang remove this mod but I think it's still available in his patreon.

gu_jun uses a separate closed source .dll that may or may not be mining bitcoin and may or may not have some bug
that causes your account to be flagged/banned is about the worst thing you can do to that end.

So if you don't want to use that, download ahuang mod instead.
