I had an interesting find.

This Jianxin Swimsuit mod can become a nude mod just by deleting a line from mod.ini

Mod: https://gamebanana.com/mods/525500 

delete this line:
drawindexed = 45669, 186651, 0



Which is located in:
[TextureOverrideComponent4]

hash = f02baf77

match_first_index = 91278

match_index_count = 35379

if $mod_enabled

local $state_id_4

$\WWMIv1\vg_offset = 144

Neither of those have been fully released yet. Both Modders have a patreon where you can get it early and see the progress more than whats on gb. But just reading the mod pages...

Everything works but the eyes give off texture issues

Just delete all this in the mod file:
