NO TENGO ROCCIA, POR LO QUE NO SÉ SI ESTO FUNCIONA CORRECTAMENTE AÚN. Probé y tomé la vista previa usando el hash de Carlotta, luego lo cambié por el de Roccia; espero que funcione.

Its pretty simple, for me at least. What i have been doing is adding a texture overide to the portrait.ini with their portrait hash. For Roccia's her hash is (34cc99c9). Then you can get an image from anywhere and list it under "[Resource___]" next to "filename =" after you put it in the folder with the portrait.ini. When you do this you will have to edit the image a bit because in game it will appear really bright. Hope this helps

If it's too big, then you can just delete whichever animations you don't want to downsize it. Delete > Press F10 > Done.

 

Install: Merge the mods folder with your mods folder, replace anything it asks you to replace (If you've installed another one of my mods), that's it. 

 

Controls:
Swap animation - R + Right arrow

 

If it looks frozen, Ctrl + R to reset it, 99% of the time that will fix it.

 

I DON'T HAVE ROCCIA, SO I DON'T ACTUALLY KNOW IF THIS WORKS PROPERLY YET. I tested and took the preview using Carlotta's hash, then swapped it to Roccia's hopefully it works. 

 

I just wanna know where you found those Roccia animations, those look great!

Yes, I understand that I should lower the brightness and retouch the contrast, and yes, I know how to go about adding it to the portrait, but as you can see, it doesn't look good at all, I need help with that, thx btw ❤️

(I should make it .dds or .png, in addition to that perfect the photo to make it look more Roccia, and apart from that also make the image perfect size like the others.)

My current roccia one was also in your position at one point. I just tweaked with all the effects until it looked good. Brightness, Exposure, Contrast, Shadows, etc. Contrast made the most difference. In your case, Might need to raise Contrast, lower shadow., maybe some saturation. Not really sure, me just use sliders till it look good. Just editing in normal "photos" no need for a different editing app.
And as for making it fit better, you could just look up some free ai image extender to make the image big enough to fit perfect

No need to adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, if you use PS just save as dds file with the export setting BC7 srgb and enjoy!

Actually, you don't need version 7.6. 
The mod files are encrypted, so you need a special dll file from the original creator in your WWMI folder to decrypt them and make it work in this one, if you are lucky it might work with the WWMI 7.6 you shared, in some cases it works but I don't understand what the reason is

Indeed, the Kurumi mod makes Car invisible while the Ishtar one simply shows the hair but the rest of her face+body is a black undefined mess.
Changing the wwmi folder didn't change anything, sadly.

Who's the artist for those images, especially Roccia? They look great, with enough details to make me think it's not AI generated, and if it is it's at least done with a really good model / Lora.

If you could share the artist behind them and the mod files, I'd be very thankful!
