That is something that modders should fix or simply disable bloom, those two options I only know

Anyone who knows how to modify the ini so that you can toggle elements like usual and not for it to auto-switch on Burst only ?

Was having same bug, the prob was being caused by her weapon skin(mod) i was using, seem like no weapon mod is working with this outfit mod. It should work after removing it.
