I have a question for the tech about skyrim ae

my question is about Fnis and Nemesis I read that Nemesis won't work with the creature sex mods.  so I was wondering if it would work with the more humanlike falmers and draugr since they work off the human skeleton. I'm thinking of going with maybe osex and or something simular

This is not a Skyrim issue it is a Nemesis issue. Ask them.

They have their own separate skeletons. You can check it at meshes/actors/draugr and meshes/actors/falmer.
It is possible to use nemesis and fnis together (with some machinations), or you could use new tool https://github.com/Monitor144hz/Pandora-Behaviour-Engine-Plus/releases
