Nobody said Todd didn't work for Bethesda when they released the horse armor. The point is about adjusting the pricing not whether mods should be priced, that's a different argument entirely.

The trailer had a weird tone, but the actual gameplay didn't really show it to be any different from previous games besides the change in combat.
