How to Work? 

Download and Install Original Mod , download this ,  extrat, copy/drop into Skyrim Data , overwrite 

Rebuild Jacket with Bodyslide 

With AddItemMenu take the dress 

 

If you are already wearing the Jacket . Take it off and put it back on to start the SLA effect
