He's already got it working pretty good, and is actively working on it to make it even better. At the rate he's going, this may end up being up there with Stutter Reducer and Fake Fullscreen as an essential stability plugin.

Even if you don't run an ENB (I don't) this utility does wonders for stabilizing graphic quality and frame rate.

Another good one I've found is ENBoost. Whether you use an ENB or not, it helps with stabilizing FPS and general graphic issues,
