Is there any Mod that changes the Vanilla World Encounter of the roadside Thief?

You know the one I mean.

 

"Hand over you valuables or I'll gut you like a fish!"

 

But if i've just entered the game via a LAL start I often don't have any gold and he won't take anything else (except payment in kind if you have SL Solutions installed)
 

I was wondering if there was anything that would make him take all your gear instead having to fight, or in my case, run away or cheese him into a giant or some wolves or bears.

What you need is an alt start that starts you as a gutted fish - that would be him snookered. 🐟
