xEdit - Copy as Override into Item come up blank [SOLVED]

Any ideas what is causing this?

Running latest version on xEdit but this was also happening with 4.04 - Not sure what I am missing, here.

Just to discard the basics, right click in the right pane blank space and confirm the Hide non-conflicting records or rows isn't enabled (can't remember exact name of the setting now).

Oh FFS, I'm looking at all the options that come up on the left column...
