TAWOBA + TEWOBA WACCF Rebalance and Devious Devices Patches

I had never heard of Quick Armor Rebalance before you mentioned it.  It's good, and covers a lot of use-cases that would normally require a patch.  However, there are some narrow situations where, for some reason, it won't modify something correctly.  In particular, I'm moving the Heavy Imperial abs armor from slot 56 to 58 and it just decides not to render them anymore.

I'm not here asking for help, I guess I'm just complaining that I probably have to do things the hard way and make my own patch (I don't want to) with NifSkope.
