question about dolls?

Hi everyone,

 

So I was just wondering, if there was a way to make a household with 1 sim into a doll and then sell them to the premium market so my second sim can buy her or can you only do it if you have multiple sims in the household. Please let me know, it's for a story idea that i would like to try.
