Visdagon Posted June 19, 2024 Posted June 19, 2024 I am not sure. If your MO2 has not changed, and your game did its update and you re-reverted and its not working. If it were me at this point Id uninstall the game, delete the folder, and reinstall fresh. Then do your backwards reversion thing to 640. Throw in the fresh SKSE and any other small bits ya need back into the game folder.

I have been having issues with most of the games i like to play. They crash like crazy. I tested cyberpunk and i got like 40 errors, source being "nvlddmkm" and they all say "The description for Event ID 13 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. Since the log file contains entries about modules being loaded, that suggests it needs to be opened before loading and thus that in your case it terminated before attempting to load modules.  ProcMon from Sysinternals (Microsoft), see if it tells you why skse64.log isn't being made.

Â Looking at the source code for skse64_loader... Â InjectDLLThread(&procInfo, dllPath.c_str(), true, g_options.m_noTimeout); Â Where dllPath is skse64.dll in your case, and procInfo is what receives information about the injected thread. InjectDLLThread returns true which the code treats as injection succeeding. Â if(!ResumeThread(procInfo.hThread)) { _WARNING("WARNING: something has started the runtime outside of skse64_loader's control."); Â ResumeThread returns the previous thread suspend count, so in this case the thread has already been resumed by something else (or it wasn't created suspended) and thus you get this error. Â The call to CreateRemoteThread does not pass the CREATE_SUSPENDED flag however, so unless the thread is suspended later, this warning will always pop up and its presumably either a bug or a remnant of a code change. Considering however that you're having issues with skse, my version of skse doesn't do this, and no one else seems to be complaing, odds are I just missed something. Â So, what are your options? The thread was never created suspended. While extremely unlikely, its possible there could be a permission error here; or rather, the thread was created (or later modified) without the THREAD_SUSPEND_RESUME access right. You have another dll or injected remote thread which is messing with things. These would be coming from things loading before SKSE: ENB, CS?, ReShade?, any other SKSE-like dll injectors, chat/fps overlays, nvidia/amd overlays and screenshot tools, silly anti-virus solutions, ... You have a 3rd party application messing with suspended threads. Â Edit: ProcMon set to monitor thread activity should in theory see the thread get resumed if it was suspended, but I'm not sure it will tell you where the command came from. SurpriseFatty Posted June 24, 2024 Author Posted June 24, 2024 Okay I did some poking around and I paused the process recording, cleared it, enabled it, tried to start skyrim through MO2, then paused recording again after it failed. I looked up the PID for MO2 and then filtered out everything else. I am left with 132k recordings and saved just to see and the PML file is 1.3gb.
