zippy57 Posted October 30, 2013 Posted October 30, 2013 Why do you think it's going to make folders for you?
yoqithebear Posted October 30, 2013 Author Posted October 30, 2013 Am i supposed to make my own Nvse folder and make a plugins folder and move everything into them? With nvse 2b12 when installing the stutter remover it already had an nvse folder made for me and and a plugins folder. Please helpÂ
Odessa Posted October 30, 2013 Posted October 30, 2013 Yes, if a folder path is specified you must follow it exactly or it will definitely never work. If the folders do not exist, you must first create them. Â Be sure to read installation instructions carefully and not just blindly extract archives hoping they'll end up okay because they often won't
yoqithebear Posted November 9, 2013 Author Posted November 9, 2013 So could someone give me like step by step instructions on how to install nvse 3b and the extender cause im obviously not very good at modding games.
KainsChylde Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 Step 1: On your desktop, create a new folder named "data" (no quotes). Step 2: Inside your new Data folder, create a folder named NVSE. Step 3: Inside your new NVSE folder, create a folder called Plugins. Step 4: Download the Extender package from its thread. Step 5: Extract the Extender archive into the Plugins folder. Step 6: Move your new Data folder into your Fallout New Vegas folder. Your new Data folder will merge with your existing Data folder, moving the extender to it's proper location.
