Multiple framework compaitibility

Skyrim currently has 3 sex frameworks each with its own submods. I was wondering if theres a way to make them compatible with each other or if its possible to use multiple frameworks at the same time since they affect different mods.

You can use all three at the same time.

There was a mod that re-distributed OStim events to SexLab events, so that e.g. a SexLab pregnancy mod noticed when an OStim scene happened. Dunno if that works with OStim Standalone, though.
