Most of the heavy lifting in solving the increasing stutter done by Ruddycray and zebop117

Stutter error:
- After 30 minutes to an hour, a noticeable stutter happens every 5 seconds.
- It increasingly gets worse.
- Found zebops Scanner and ran it for a minute and a formlist is not clearing and is increasing in size.
- Lists not clearing (Likely suspects, but I only ran it for a minute and I'm no expert in this):

- Scanner detects nothing not clearing when SexoutLust is off.

I did notice a slight foul-up in the only Lust script that uses the scanner, 2 labels with the same number attached, but don't think this is the cause of the problem (although I'll get a fix out).

Lust does clear its own scanner list, it only does so less frequently than NG's scanner adds actors to it. Standard NG frequency is 10 times per second (which is a little high imo) while Lust only clears it once per second. In the time in between that list grows of course, until Lust clears it. The checker plugin you mention checks as frequently as NG adds, so it reports that growth - but I don't think it'll ever exceed levels that cause this kind of stutter. See this post by Chase on a related question about the way SexoutSlavery clears its lists; Lust's MO is the same.

You could set the scanner frequency to a lower setting to see if that helps - I don't think in practice there'd be a noticeable difference, for gameplay, between its running once or ten times a second. And I should also point out that even in a game without sexout or its scanners, micro & other stutter has been reported to be a factor, which is why someone made the new vegas stutter remover.

I do have the stutter remover.dll inside the data/nvse/plugins folder. That should be the right place, but if not, maybe it is just that. Also not too sure how to change frequencies.

For the past little bit, I just did a 20 minute run of both with and without Lust.esp standing inside the NCRCF. The scanner still shows a list "not clearing" for Lust, but the numbers fluctuate up and down rather than piling up to crazy amounts in the past (size of 25000). Fluctuations from Primm at an average of 17, to NCRCF average of 48 (spiked at 78), and fast travelled back to Primm average of 17; I think that is a sign it's clearing. Also, I don't think that amount should be too noticeable and the results of the stutter wasn't noticeable either.

This originally happened on Thursday or Friday, but I didn't have the time to report this at the time and only made the screenshots today to show something isn't clearing. I'm going to play for an hour or so now without Lust and update on the stutter (if not today, then within the next few days).
