No, it's still Build 41. Build 42 has many changes under the hood and will require an extreme rewrite of some systems, ESPECIALLY multiplayer since a lot of client functions were moved to the server thanks to the jankiness that B41 multiplayer had. It will eventually be ported by the author or someone who is courageous and nerdy enough for it. Don't worry, tho. Be patient, and reward shall come.

So uh, i've been trying to get the mod working for my solo world.
but it doesn't work properly for some reason, the zombies strip the clothing, and the player begins the animations, however the zombies just stay the same and just keep biting, interrupting the animation. i've tried to re-download the files, set the framerate cap at 60, tried disabling every other mod, none of that worked.

The only thing that worked was when i deleted all the zomboid files, and even so, it stopped working again.
If anyone has any ideas of what i could do, please let me know and thank you.

I feel like such an idiot. I've gone through quite a few of the pages here, but I can't find anyone else struggling with step 1 like I am. I download the files off this website, unzip the .rar, and there isn't any installation instructions like it tells me to read once I've done that. No matter which folder I check, no instructions. Just folders and files. Help?

C drive > users > your user > zomboid > mods >

Do you have ZomboDefeat? It should come along with the files.

yeah, defeat's there and implemented correctly. weirdly enough, i managed to get it working again not too long ago by having a friend send me his Mod Loader presets.

after that, everything worked flawlessly apparently? it's weird, because as i said before, i removed every mod EXCEPT zombowin's mods, and it still wasn't working.

 

problem solved, i guess? i do still have the "corrupted" Mod Loader preset saved if that can be of any benefit for figuring out why it was so unwilling to work.

do you have them in the right order (i.e. click on mod order (for saved session click on load, select your save, then advanced I think and then mod order)?

I'm assuming you are on Build 42 so this mod won't show up since it is not compatible with B42, you'd need to go to B41 and if mod is placed in correct mod folder it will show up.

For the installation it says to follow the instructions in the .rar, Im probably misunderstanding here but is there supposed to be an instructions in the first file or where is it located in the file?

In version 1.26 there is that file, in future versions and current there isn't

Might have already been stated on here, but I don't want to sift though 61 pages of comments to find out

 

But if you use this mod, bandits, and Mar Occupations you will have to disable Mar Occupations as, at least for me, it caused it to where the bandit/human NPCs would just act like they would in base game and try to do whatever (follow you, kill you, rob, ect)

 

It could have been caused by an other 4th mod that was causing the problems between the 3 but I couldn't figure out which one it was so if it is just the 3 not liking to play together I figured I'd post this for anyone in the future that had the same issue

Is there any way to change the limit on the number of sexual partners per day? 4 seems like too little for me, but infinite mode seems like too much. I like the limit, but not too little.

Okay, I give up. I really have tried everything. I cannot get this mod working, the zombies will strip clothes but refuse to even begin initiating a defeat animation. I've enabled and disabled, restarted, deleted all files and redownloaded fresh, checked that they're in the right folder, removed unnecessary folders, checked for mod conflicts, experimented with mod settings, server settings, character builds, EVERYTHING.  I have read every single comment on this entire website trying to find a solution. I have spent easily 15 hours just trying to diagnose why the fuck this won't work, and I've come up completely empty-handed. Somebody, anybody, please help. I will pay you if I have to. I'll give you whatever you want, screenshots, error logs, unrestricted access to my whole fucking PC if I can finally just stop beating my head against this brick wall.

Whenever i see a zomboid of a oppisite gender i get a bilion milion errors has something to do with the defeat part of the mod
