Skyrim LE what should I know to start modding this

Thought I would try modding LE since there are mods that don't work on SE that I would like to try.

Tips, Pointers, & Advice would be appreciated.

Haven't played LE on a computer, or with mods, played SE a ton.

There is an excellent, comprehensive guide:

If you do as directed by @donttouchmethere (bear in mind that there is more than one post in the blog), you will find that LE is MORE stable than SE (largely because Bugthesda doesn't mess with it every couple of months (for whatever reason).
