Yes you can. The Warlord hasn't been reworked for the new systems though.

How would i add the bodyguard morph to a trait? I did it before but forgot about it when i updated the mod files.
Now i can't remember how i did it.

Our futa prayers have been answered. 🙏 Thank you for the update.

Those holy sites were pretty much unattainable which made a full campaign of any other character difficult compared to the Warlord who is able to just march over everything to get them.

I don't know what you did before, but usually with a portrait modifier that looks for a trait

Same suggestion would be for the AGOT version.

Only Isolde really has clear routes. The others are either they complete their quests or they fail. I also like the dynamic outcomes.

Well the default rule would have it remain dynamic and a rule to ensure the others don't fail could be put in place.

Though if this isn't something you'd be interested in, I won't push for it.

Hello. So i'm trying to play this mod alond elder kings. Are there known issues? As it crashes when i try to use this along side it. I also tried the other worlds version.

Hard to say now that the DLC came out, Other Worlds used to work

Small bug; the warlord is kind of broken right now, apparently the "ep3_landless_invasion_titles_taken_effect" script is broken when you are conquering herder provinces. For some reason; becoming a nomad when your only holding is a herder_holding is "illegal". The province needs to be converted to a nomad_holding first, before the government change, for it to actually work correctly.

 

Going to upload my changes here, but hopefully paradox fixes this in the future.

But it might also be worth re-evaluating this setup, might be better to target Beg Kuntuvdi's realm instead. Since he's a proper nomad.

Figured that'd be the case. There's a number of issues I noticed, but the paradox bug was the biggest issue. I think it's one they probably wont fix though, considering you aren't supposed to be able to attack herders.

Hmmm.... Yep, thoroughly broken from a mechanical standpoint. The new Dominance system feels like it was modeled after your Warpath system. But, because it sets maximumn vassal and province limits... it really limits your initial expansion as the Warlord.

Small suggestion for the warlord, since I don't know how you're planning on updating her; Change the religion reformation triggers so that you don't need to hold all the sites personally. It'd make a lot more sense to just visit those sites via migration. Rather than needing to build an empire holding all those provinces. I know the warlord specifically gets a lot of stress issues if you can't get the first two sites relatively quickly, but doing so is rather... difficult if you've not reached extremely high dominance.

 

It might also make sense to make her a landless nomad initially, instead of an adventurer. Then have the initial war be the nomad migration war. That might make the transition more smooth overall. But I'm not sure if it's entirely possible.

She is shifting to be a Nomad. As for the faith, its not just simpy visiting them. She must control them to legitimise her cause.

The Skyspawn mechanics are not exclusive to her, any character can cause reformations and site reveals. changing that aspect to be migrations instead wouldn't really work for everyone else. Plus it would encourage actually blobbing, instead of taking sites one by one with migrations at this point.

 

I did a few minor tweaks for her starting situation, and that seemed to make it fine. You just need to grab a duchy title and keep going as normal. Warpath gives a small max domain and vassal boost to counteract the first level of dominance, and that felt fine

Just because you can write code in a way that a faith is "reformed" through code that doesn't require you personally holding the holy sites doesn't mean you should. There is little reason to want to purposefully ignore a vanilla game feature.

 

Besides, no one would take you purportedly "reforming" a faith seriously if you hold none of the holy sites.

Haven't played this mod in a while (since the screenshot I posted a month and a half ago of the Azure Empire voring the entire map). Since I'm waiting to play the game again until my other mods update for the Steppe update (RICE, EPE, etc.), what changes have you made to this mod since then and what do you plan to do with it in the near future now that the Steppe update is live? I'd definitely think about enabling this one again if either the Khatun is significantly nerfed or if you added a toggle to disable her entirely.

You can already nerf or kill her with a game rule. The patch notes list what else is new.

The longest you can stay enslaved is until you and the rest of the gang kill the big guy for the vilecore route, I think. No idea of if there is another way where you just stay enslaved.
