You did not mention what mods your currently using ?? Sounds like a scripted mod is overloading your game. or you have the settings why too high set.

Try doing a clean boot. hit msconfig. and set your setting to clean boot. it should turn off all necessary process. And then run skyrim again.

Also what operating system are you using ??

Unforuntely I broke my remote desktop,. and my chrome remote desktop.  So I can't do anything until I get home. Got to fixed that lol.

But I am using WIndows 7 64 BIT.

I put the settings on LOW, and it does the same thing, in almost the same amount of time.  A scriptd mod seems like the most cause, because of changing the papyrus settings.  I can't really post my mods or anything now until I get home.

It seems to "build up" so to speak.  It seems like every actor that appears on the screen it likes adds a "+1" to the invetible slide show freeze.

So say I am in a zone, and I encounter 10 NPC's.  Then I zone, encounter 10 more, then I zone again and encounter 10 more.  After around 30+ that's when it starts.

30 seems the number as say I summon 30 whiterun guards, and I start fighting them. Mind you my game is ULTRA smooth, no slow downs or jerk lags.  but that just out of no where BAM.  0.1 FPS.

But I could go without that for 20 minutes if I see as little actors as possible.  It can't be stopped, after the game encounters a certain amount of actors, that's it.

LIke I said before though after I reload the save (which takes forever due to the entire gam slowing down) it goes back to normal and then just resets the process.

Friggan' weirdest thing I have ever encountered in a game.

My brain is putting things together, and it COULD be Dynamic Loot, as the loot is generated on the actors.  And the script could be getting held up, or stopping somewhere.  You can stop the "quest" for the dynamic loot in game.  SO I am going to try that, stop the Dynamic Loot, and save, disable the mod, go back in the save and see what happens.

In my brain this COULD be causing the issue as a shit load of loot is generated with each actor.  I will rest for 30 days as well to reset world cells and see what happens.

Do it from a fresh game.. removing mods mid game does not always remove their scripts.  They will stay orphaned in your save file.

Use Alternate Start live another life mod if you want to bypass the helgen intro and then stay at one of the inns where you would like to run your test from. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9557/?

(talk to the statue)

It MUST be a game completely started from NEW game.

Thinking about it, i recommend switching to MO (if not already), as it makes the following way easier to accomplish:

  1. disable all mods (MO)/uninstall all mods (NMM/Wrye/TMM ... whereby a complete reinstall of the game is suggested, to ensure there are no leftovers)
  2. install all DLCs, you purchased, in case you reinstalled the game
  3. start a completly new game and play until you can finally roam around freely (if you play w/o any alternate start mods (recommended), save after you are told to visit the jarl from whiterun, to ensure you're not in the middle of a quest) and save your game
  4. install patches, fixes and SkyUi
  5. load your vanilla save, wait 2h in-game time, setup all installed mods and save again
  6. start activating (MO)/installing (NMM/Wrye/TMM) all your mods again, but only 5 at once
  7. load the latest save, wait 2h in-game time, setup your mods (if available), save to a new game and make a test run
  8. if the error does not occour, repeat step 6 & 7, until all mods are activated again or the error was reproduced
  9. if the error occoured again, disable all previously actived mods and activate only 1 => repeat activating only 1, until the error comes up again -> you know the error source
  10. if everything is running again (after eliminatin the error source(s)), create your merged patches again (TES5Edit and Wrye)

More work on your side, but way better then guessing around.

P.s.: Don't forget to run the FNiS generator again, everytime you activate a new mod, that uses FNiS.

if possible, merge mods with TES5Edit, to reduce the amount of loaded plugin files.

P.p.s.: Run BOSS, everytime after you enabled a new plugin and pay attention to mods, unknown to BOSS (bottom of the log), as you need to sort in those manually.

Well, it was the Dynamic Loot MOD.  I put two and two together and figured it out. I am not a Network Admin for nothing lol.
