ZAD crashes, single script causing a forever load screen.

Alright, so in essence I've been dealing with a near constant infinite backscreen that happens like once every 3 times I exit into a city cell. The last thing in my log every crash for the last three days has been without fail

Does anyone know where this script comes from? What mod it is and what I can do to fix it?
