Its more modern and better than Oblivion Stutter Remover. https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/50348 Your i7-4770 was a beast in the year it came out, but its now almost eleven years old. Bashed Patch should be the last in your load order. Its been awhile since I have used Better Cities. Some of those Better Cities files might not be neccessary anymore, especially if you are using the full version. I recommend asking the author in the posts section at Nexusmods. Make sure your Unofficial Oblivion Patch is up to date. The newer releases have draw call fixes which will help performance in some areas. Edited November 29, 2023 by Sladen2019

You need to learn how to create user rules which tell Loot or Boss where to put mods that they have placed incrorectly, where they belong. Neither Boss or Loot will place them all 100% correctly. Loot has the advantage of adding the correct Bash Tags to your mods and it uses the Bash Tags that work with the newest versions of Wrye Bash. The new tags dont work right on old versions of Wrye Bash. Fejeenas signature has a link to a load order that you can compare yours to. Make sure your Better Cities is up to date, because there has been some Bash Tag changes in the newer versions. Here is a link on how to add user rules on Mod Organizer. It should work similarily in Mod Organizer 2. If you insist on keeping your game in Program Files, you will need to disable User Account Control (UAC). UAC is what makes those annoying windows pop up that ask you to approve everything that you do. It's impossible to analyze your entire list The main thing is that there may be a drop in FPS - Loop scripts (control and search for actors and data sets) -Errors or incorrect types in object collisions (statics, if this is a new architecture, etc.) *These are the main reasons, the rest are unimportant, this has always been the case for me
