Right now, that only works if you have a SOS compatible Schlong (for the version with Papyrus scripts).

 

The newer version of SOS (SKSE based) or more recent 'schlong' types outside of SOS are not supported yet.

i am using the TRX futanari addon for SOS. i think my issue is that the male hormone level doesn't seem to be increasing no matter how much sex my character has.
