Problem with JK Skyrim Solitude Outskirts + a texture problem(consists of 2) (in post each problem is hidden in one spoiler to avoid unreadibilness)

Hi,

I have a pretty massive skyrim with a lot of mods which I installed completly on my own (i did not use any modpacks).
As I am getting to the end of the modding journey and I am uplifting last things I came across three problems.

1 - JK skyrim Solitude Outskirts problem:

So basically the problem is that docks are buggy.
It only an example, but in couple of places the stockades are buggied + one NPC was floating in the water(I believe it was an npc from interesting NPCs.

How can I fix it?

2 - Texture problem (using skyrim 2020 4k + complex parallax(tundra and snow)

So basically I like two texturepacks Skyrim 2020 4k2k because it covers almost every texture, and the compelx snow parallax + tundra because of its immersivenes.,

But near the windhelm(also using Windhelm Outskirts) I found a texture bug, the texture was completly white as if the game did not knew what texture to load.

3 - abandoned tree texture - how to find the mod and fix it

Also I have a problem with a tree texture, i don't know from what mod it originates, it only appears in the whiterun area, can someone please help me fix it:
