This thread is frustrating...because it shows how people really don't know how to read...it's SHARE YOUR FREAKING PRESETS...not share your character.

That said...heh...I am posting to ask a question and not to share a preset.

Nominally one would simply place the CME preset in the CME save in the my games/skyrim folder...but I use Mod Organizer...and that doesn't seem to work. Anyone else use MO and ECE and know how to utilize the presets?

*EDIT* Got it to work....silly mistake: manually created a CME_Saves folder instead of CME Save folder....

How did you solve this issue? I am using Mod Organizer as well and I can't figure it out. I have tried to put an CME Save folder as well as a CME_Save folder into the same place where I put them when I was using Nexus But now that I am using MO I can't get the presets to work. I have looked for the presets I have created since I switched and I can't even find those.

How did you solve this issue? I am using Mod Organizer as well and I can't figure it out. I have looked for the presets I have created since I switched and I can't even find those.

These are actually not "ECE presets" but "CME Saves". You can't use MO to install them, but an MO installation of Skyrim can use them normally.

They go into:

...\documents\my games\Skyrim\CME_Save\

Then for example a file called "_18_commonTriRaces.slot" will be found under slot load -> slot #18

So I finally got around to zipping my ECE preset and sharing it. Procrastination is a bitch lol.

So here is the ECE preset for Tammie!

You'll need:

1)SG Hair Pack 268(preferably loaded before any other hair pack so the preset loads the hair I have on her)

2)SG Skin Textures Renewal

3)UNP/CBBE or any body (2) supports. I personally go CBBE and tweaked her body in ECE to be on the more petite side.

4)Vanilla Nord race

So here are some choice screenshots of her in my game:

I would prefer if you guys not pass her off as yours unless you've tweaked the preset into something uniquely your own.

I can't exactly stop anyone from doing that, so I'm trusting everyone on their honor. Tammie's very precious to me

I have to set height to 0.8, her size now nearly same like Tania follower.

My Shasta is a Tammie preset using UNPetite and FSC textures...I haven't claimed her as a Tammie preset because she really was tweaked to death... but if anyone can see the resemblance I would definitely tell the world, she is a Tammie!!!

Mods used:

UNPetite with UNP HDT/TBBP/ABC/YADDA, YADDA, YADDA.

FSC skin textures (I prefer the goose bump texture... though these are with silky)

Adorable face mod

tints from Coverwoman

hair from Apachi

I think the Adorable face mod makes her look very young and though Adorable face is meant for FSC, only the silky textures work with the face (no shine)

I believe I set her scale down quite a bit as I envisioned her to be a rather short girl. Should not be too difficult to adjust as the option is right on the ECE interface itself.

The Aradia Kato outfit was converted to CBBE in the Outfit Studio/Bodyslide 2 CBBE Conversions here. It's the first link when you look for it in a Google search, so I don't know how you drove yourself crazy looking for it.

In the future PM your requests to the people who have what you're looking for or do a better search, please. This thread is for sharing character presets, not making outfit requests.

how do i load the presets into my game? i cant find a folder for them.

Should be in a folder next to your save games. It's in C:\Users\Your login\my games\Skyrim\CME_Save

You can have up to 24. If you have 2 of the same numbers, just change the number between 1 and 24.

Just wanted to let you know that ECE increased the CME slots from 24 to 40 in a recent update.

Ideally you would upload both the preset and the nif files from the sculpt export function. Just in case. I know for me to get what some people upload I need to apply the sculpt and then the preset for some odd reason.

Yup, if you open up the jslot files you will see all the Sculpt data:

      "sculpt" : [
         {
            "data" : [
               [ 64, -696, -255, -2260 ],
               [ 0, 1183, -248, -2112 ],
               [ 8, 825, -998, -2531 ],
               [ 1, 705, -347, -2351 ],
               [ 2, 1218, -998, -2531 ],
               [ 3, -1175, -998, -2531 ],
               [ 4, -825, -998, -2531 ],
.......

... I wrote some stuff explaining the Sculpt data here and the preset itself but the forum decided to just delete all my text after the code block.

Anyway, I'll summarize what I wrote:

Sculpt data is all floats multiplied by the "divisor" (so dividing by the divisor gives you back the float offset)

Shouldn't need the nif, but it's nice to have

Presets should normally be enough to fully describe everything you did in RaceMenu

Mods shown in the preset are only relevant to the Head Parts you used (i.e. doesn't include textures)

So there doesn't seem to be many male character presets here so i thought i'd share my preset.

Name - Nariem the glooming elf

Origin - Was found abandoned by one of meridias followers at the edge of solitude. He has no memories of his parents, all he knows is that he came from cyrodil.

Goals - Only one. To search for a light, however faint it may be. For skyrim is a harsh mistress. Still he searches. Searching for a sign of light. Of hope. In the cold dark drab land know as skyrim.
