(2000's style) Black frilly miniskirt with black thick leather belt & large ring belt buckle [Request]

This thread is a continuation of the topic from this thread which I thought ought to be a topic of its own.

 

Essentially, I am planning to recreate this outfit for my Sim:

Unfortunately, for you guys who have poor eyesight, I do not have a higher quality image for you guys to see clearly; something I am sad about also ??

But for those of you guys who really cannot see her skirt that clearly, this is the description of the skirt. It is essentially a black frilly miniskirt with a large leather belt and a large ring buckle.

 

I've actually did a bit of homework and saw some mods that resemble somewhat what I'm looking for. 

 

For example this:

 

The only thing is that ☝️ that skirt has no belt

This skirt from the BadWorld Sims collection 1.21 for Sims 4 to seems to have the same aesthetic that I'm looking for:

 

Josh Q's Barely-there Skirt N03 also would be perfect if I could change the skirt & belt color to black (and the belt buckle color can be changed to a dark metallic color).

 

But if any of you guys have a better recommendation (or are willing to take on a challenge of a new project) do let me know.

The post is a request for CC which is similar to the posted pictures with extra description concerning the request.

 

If you are more specific, someone may be able to help but you have to meet us halfway.

 

Josh's skirt is listed with all the other CC created and posted and can easily be found by going to that account profile.

 

 

Sadly part of any request like this is never finding exactly what one wants when being too specific or the CC isn't able to be modified in CAST properly (Belt Buckle color can't be changed for example).
