ENB problem

I just finished installing a new ENB, the "Berserkyr ENB", everything is fine but the screen appears narrowed at the top and at the bottom there are two black bars, as if the resolution was wrong, I checked from the Launcher that the resolution was right, My only idea is that it was a problem related to the ENB, I tried to open the ENB panel but I'm not sure where to touch, is there a way to fix this problem

That's a letterbox effect.

You should be able to disable it by opening the ENB menu (shiflt+enter by default? i can't remember) and finding it in the list of active effects, then uncheck it and close the ENB menu.
