SkyrimOne Posted October 3, 2023 Posted October 3, 2023 Hello, I am coming back with a little downgrade as I was checking what most of my other mods are in compliance. I need to keep running 1.5.97, so I have downloaded the proper SexLab release. All ok. I need to pair up with Devious Devices compatible with such release. I am currently using Devious Devices [SE][AE][VR] 5.2.7z, and during the install I have selected the SE option compatible, yet, but I end with this issue: You have one or more script extender plugins which failed to load! If you want this notification to go away, here are some steps you can take: • Look for updates to the mod or the specific plugin included in the mod. • Disable the mod containing the plugin. • Hide or delete the plugin from the mod. To refresh the script extender logs, you will need to run the game and/or editor again! The failed plugins are: • <NULL> version 0 (DeviousDevices.dll, Devious Devices for SE-AE-VR) reported as incompatible during query. Any idea how I can resolve this issue? Many thanks!!!!!!

When I use that mod right there it says it's not compatible with my current aka the most recent now skse mod. Any help?

Make sure to select the correct "SE" option for the SKSE version you are running. I'm running on 1.5.97 and I use 5.2 as well as the NG upgrade to it with no problems.

First, I was replying to the original author of the post. Second, If you're running 2.2.6 SKSE, then you have to select the AE option. It's also advised to download and install Devious Devices NG on top off DD 5.2 (NG requires 5.2 until otherwise stated). The NG version will be more up-to-date with the current game version.

If you're still having issues with both DD's installed, then we need to see what can be done to correct the issue. Update: If you haven't done so yet, head over to Nexus Mods and download the latest version of Address Library for SKSE Plugins (specifically the (Anniversy Edition) version). It just got updated earlier this morning for the latest AE update. That should fix your issue. Edited February 14, 2024 by Jgoftl
