Constant CTD, can't even go outside.

Probably to many high res textures or a bad nif mesh or something. Hard to help since your load order is a mess. Here's a hint nothing should be under the bashed patch except for dynamic patches.

 

You also might wanna cut back on the mods since it looks like you install everything you think looks cool which is fine as long as you don't have problems, since you do, get rid of all the stuff you don't need. I'm betting about half of your load order is fluff that you could live without, since most of it came out over the last few weeks lol

I clean my skyrim and re-installed most of my mods, everything worked fine until i re-installed, however i think that the high rez packs are the newest thing on my list since i didn't have them enabled last time cuz i didn't know what they were.

 

ill see if enabling those thing will fix it

So you are ok so long as you are indoors? Since you use Alternate Start does it crash on leaving the prison cell or can you go to an inn or something similar and then it crashes once you go outdoors?

Using BOSS and Wyre bash isn't an "I win" button, you literally have to look at the boss masterlist and sort everything under the bashed patch by hand. It isn't like it's hard, the masterlist list has rules for sorting that you can follow, along with some mods are companion mods and patches to other mods and can be placed right behind them. You then use Tes5edit to check for any compatibility issues, to make sure nothing is being over written and needs to be moved. BOSS doesn't sort based on compatibility but based on the mods function, so your load order needs to be tested for issues, by you because everyones is different.

there are times where it crashes when im going outside , a few seconds after i go outside and right after i goto sleep after picking my selected life
