Request: Race Support Tutorial

I was wondering the process in which a race can receive Sexbound Support.
What resources should I use, what is the workflow, and steps in which I can proceed.

I intend to make a race support for a specific race that has not received creator consent, However I intend to keep it for my own personal use strictly.

In my case, GIC "Galaxy in conflict Races such as unbranded novakid or Liberator Floran".

Liberator Floran...? That sounds awfully strange... Well, at any rate, i did my best (Back then, still waiting for a few specific new changes to update it) to explain and provide small tips on the process for the support creation and more, available in the Starbound Club.
