jaxon is the best, you should not move static clutter in game...

We can also make a copy of clutter with Jaxonz. Then we can store it in our inventory and create duplicates of that item too.

yea thats nice ? but you cant move walls, floors, rocks, stairs etc. even chairs become problematic with the navmesh, you need the creationkit, it´s not so hard there are tutorials on youtube

sometimes there are problems with lighting as well, if you move something...in game

Yes, easy: Creation Kit for making things become serious !!

I would only use Creation kit where there are no other options available. With RTS SSE, Tundra defense, Empire builder and Pocket empire builder (SE ported), My home is your home, and with the most recent, Skyrim settlement builder mod, there is so much we could do without Creation kit. Plus, this saves lots of time, as i can build my settlements in real time. But since navmesh cannot be added by any mod yet, so that's why i want to learn navmeshing with CK. The area i want to add navmeshes is mostly flat exterior so that is my mission. The moment it is navmeshed properly, my followers will be able to patrol, defend and interact with properly. That's all i need.

I have listed some mods above which allow you to add Fallout 4 style prefabs and settlement features to your game. Personally, i never faced any crash or error with any of them. I like my Skyrim darker, so i have most of the lightning disabled so i have no light related issues either.
