Actor Gary Sinise, through his Gary Sinise Foundation, organized a free five-day Disneyland trip for over 1,000 children of fallen U.S. soldiers and their families as part of the Snowball Express program. Held in Orlando, the event included healing activities like a “We Remember” pin ceremony and a tribute of 600 American flags. The initiative highlights Sinise’s dedication to honoring military families and creating lasting, joyful memories for their children.

the last one, unfortunately, is akin trying to stop a waterfall with a bucket. Lumber prices shoot up, and remaining companies expand, or new ones emerge. He probably should've spent that money on some lobbying groups. Then again, that wouldn't be as good in terms of PR...

> I do not know the true story behind any of the "extraordinary people" and whether they are fake or true. I just copy and paste what I find. Anyhow, thank you for your comment and observation. I am glad that people react to the wrong "extraordinary people".

Well...if true, he has my web based support.   I have fantasized doing the same thing to keep more urban sprawl from cutting into forests that has been that way since the Adena Indians were here.

> Christian Bale is proving he’s a real-life hero. After 16 years of planning, he’s breaking ground on a $22 million village in California dedicated to foster kids—designed to keep siblings together and provide a safe, loving community. The village will have 12 homes, apartments for young adults aging out of foster care, and a big community centre with support services. This project is a powerful example of using success and influence to make a lasting difference in vulnerable kids’ lives. Hats off to Christian Bale and his team for making this dream a reality!
