Animation stuck and can't realign

Well, the first is that the realignment button doesn't seem to do anything.

 

Second, after the animation is supposed to have finished, well, it gives control back, but say the animation had a character being held up, well, they're kind of floating around while still doing their half of the animation.

 

In any case obligatory load order, and I run BOSS after any mod changes

Turns out that is the one I'm using. Is the hotfix the patch or....

Well considering I downloaded it not that long ago, seems that the patch should be in the version I downloaded, which has me confused as I have FNIS 4.0 4.1 as he described
