Schlongs of Skyrim for AE. Where new version?

Hi, after several month I tried Skyrim AE just to get told that I had to upgrade everything. So I did. Except SoS. I use SOS AE 1.0.3 . SKSE says that is too old.

Where can I find the newer version?

SOS for SE + the updated dll from this installer. Make sure the dll you install matches your executable version.

Vortex calls SoS SE redundant. Can I disable it?

I don't know how you're installing your mods. But you need SOS for SE installed and enabled, since the dll replacer is just the dll, not the complete mod. If you have more than one SOS installation (not just SOS for SE + the dll replacer) then yeah you need to remove redundant stuff. But SOS for SE and the dll replacer aren't redundant and you must use them together.
