If you want a multiplayer game, modded Conan Exiles servers have adult content sometimes and the default game has nude player models. Aside from that I'd recommend things like Sims 4 and Second Life.

Actually I think I learned more about possible kinks from Skyrim than by just switching off safe search in google.

Streets Of Rage 4 has a pretty good set of nude mods. No sex mods, but lots of nudity.
