Honestly, at this point I see getting a mod deleted from Nexus as a badge of honor for mod authors, lol.  Nexus takes stuff down over the smallest of shit, yet leaves up other way worse stuff.  I wouldn't worry too much about it, tbh.

The OceanGate Titan submarine that's been all over the news lately.  If you still don't know what it is, it's a submarine that was supposed to take 5 really rich people down to see the Titanic, despite the fact that it was kind of known that the sub was built like shit, and hadn't been properly tested, AND used materials that don't hold up well to high amounts of pressure, and the sub imploded (pretty much exploded inward, if you don't know what implode means), and all 5 on board died.  TL;DR, rich idiots with "fuck you" money spent stupid amounts of money to take unnecessary risks, in a machine already known for issues, and the already problem prone machine had a catastrophic failure.
