Enable Teen Sex

The one for Teen Sex is Sex settings > Sex Interaction Settings > Teen Switch. 

And there is another one under Relationship Settings > relationship Utilities > Adult - Teen Relationships.

 

Plus you also need the Inappropriate Unlocker, and also need to make sure the teen has the Post Puberty Wicked attribute as well.

CONFIRMED Not Working as Intended!  Just has two options in Romance

If you followed every step, including making sure that you have the Inappropriate unlock in your mods folder, and you have both options checked in the WW options.. The one for Teen , and the other for Adult Teen romance, in the Romance options, under physical, should be an option for "Make a Move"

But there are no romance interactions

If your sims are related you won't see a romance menu unless you give them both the WW incest attribute.

 

Also the romance menu is usually on the last page when starting out but it moves around later on.

 

Other mods might affect this too.

 

Did you delete your localthumbcache.package after updating your game and/or Wicked Whims?

If you use Lumpinou mods they do conflict with Wicked Whims undetected.

Lumpinou mods affect Wicked Whims.  Need to be careful of mods that affect Romance.

I already know this, which is why I suggested other mods could cause it too.

 

But I've also found that NPC Sims don't always have the 'make a move' interaction show up under the romance menu either.

Resetting them might help.

Although it doesn't always work either if a sim is wanting to leave or their gender preference is mismatched, or they are married, etc.

They are called 'conditions', which basically means, the WW settings, sims needs, sims gender, other sims present, bugged sims, bad save, and a bunch more.

 

I recently had my teen sim invite over another teen female sim and couldn't get it to work either.

Got the romance menu but nothing much inside of it. 

Tried every trick I know and nothing would work.

Even used manual mode and clicked on the sofa/WW/SEX, and no available sims were found.

Her relationship sex pair score was -101 in the WWinfolog, which is a strange number I've never seen before.

Edited her in CAS to be sure she liked males only and had the right equipment too.

Attractions disabled.

I've had no problems with other sims either so I'm guessing she was bugged.

 

Have you tried romancing any other Sims, like same age, or older?

 

If you have MCCC and MC Woohoo installed they also have settings for family, teens, etc., I think.

Maybe if they don't match WW settings they might block romance from certain sims IDK.

Any mod which interferes with romance will be affected by Wicked Whims.  Take out pregnancy and woohoo in MCCC.  Just stick with Wicked Whims.

I'm not the one with the romance menu not showing up, I'm just trying to help with suggestions.

 

Besides I could never give up MCCC as it's too valuable for all it's other included features.

 

Also I'm playing as a Teen with my current save so I'm not doing any romance yet.

Because of High School Years DLC I get too many other romantic sims holding a grudge for not being invited to the prom when you have multiple lovers.

Like when you play with the Serial Romantic Aspiration goal to get the 'Player Trait' reward.
