Hi there, so sorry if this has already been addressed in the thread, but I couldn't seem to find an answer. I absolutely love the mod so far but I'm having a bit of trouble trying to assign the 'lucky fan' role to another sim. Our relationship is definitely high enough to ask, but it doesn't appear under the AWE menu for that sim when I select them, just discuss the trends, gossip, etc. User error definitely here, but I just can't seem to figure it out.

The Stream for fans option on the more views HD camera wont appear no matter what, i click the camera nothing happens. I've tried everything, starting a new game, redownloading the mod, nothing, pretty sure everything is up too date.

I'm having this issue too. Opening the travel menu, the volunteer menu, or any menu where you can pick sims triggers LEs. It's not just this mod, it's any career mod that uses 64 bit integers.

Yeah, after the Lo51 fix, custom careers disappeared from the career panel when you open a sim picker or select them in sim picker or at random time, but you still get all the career notifications. So every creator has to fix this on their end too.

Hi, I'm having some trouble with a few of your mods right now but I have an LE specifically for this one. I have the porn career, escort career and sugar relationships and I believe it is causing an error which causes my sims unable to travel. I attached the LE it generated. Thanks!

Two quick questions, a) the maid scene doesn't work in my game, do I need another expansion? and b) I have get to work, will your Maid Career allow me to accompany my sim to work at a cafe if I buy Get Together?

Currently experiencing a bug with the pornstar career where every time my sims leave my home lot, or I go into manage world, my sim becomes unemployed. Currently level 2 of the pornstar career. Only seems to be happening with my played household. Have every other AWE mod installed and they seem to be working fine

Same here. My sim is lvl 10 with +7 promotions. She becomes unemployed when she leaves the home lot. But yet she still has friends listed in the co-worker tab. Normally that tab goes blank when quitting your job. I also noticed some of her co-workers listed are now showing unemployed. Switching to a co-worker household and traveling caused the rest of the co-workers to lose their job but still show up on the co-worker tab. My game is v1.121 and the issue doesn't cause an error. Core 51 is v1.39

I'm having trouble with this job. My sim has chosen this as here job. At best, you get one day  work and then the job just disappears. He is unemployed again. And several times already. I have the latest update. Never had this problem before. What could it depend on?

It is happening to 64-bit careers, and the Lot51 core library fixed the exception issue with the Sim Picker. However, it doesn’t resolve everything, so creators needs to fix career mod on their own. They can’t rely solely on the core library fix, or if EA fixes the isssue.

I also have a problem - I have a sim on 5th level of career, lot is assigned, but when I click to work outside the house it makes me stay in the house. Anyone know what I did wrong? Other jobs work properly (at least escort, didn't try with sugar daddy)

Mistake in grammar

So I have a bit of an issue.  AWE Frat Party, everything is progressing nicely, I completed the main objective but it didn't give me gold.  No problem, I'll just do all of the secondary objectives.  But they won't complete (like I tell the jokes and grab a drink, but the bar doesn't progress and the event tracker doesn't register that I did the action).  Hmm... okay, maybe I need to finish all the secondaries before doing the primary.  So I spin up another party, do all the secondaries, then do the primary (proof in screenshot below), still no gold.  Why?  Can you help?  I'd be happy to provide any and all data/testing you like.



(Edit: just wanted to say, I love your mod, this is in no way an attack or criticism.  Cheers!)

Which I have to say looks absolutely fantastic (even from the little I've tried).

Why is it that when my Sim gets hired for a career as a porn actor, after several days, without a notification or any apparent trigger, the Sim magically finds himself unemployed again, despite his brilliant career? This has happened to me countless times. I've also tried following other guides on possible errors in career mods (such as the advice to add XML Injector to the mods folder).

I've even tried downloading all the suggested content for the mod itself, linked in the post... But unfortunately, it didn't solve anything...

Is there any way to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it?

That would be fantastic, because I think this is the best mod for the porn actor profession.

 

PS.

I also placed the location where the movies and videos are supposed to be filmed, but despite this, when the Sims go to work, I'm never given the option to participate in their workday.
(I think this is normal since it's a mod, but maybe that's also the cause of the problem I'm having?)

I dont think its been updated since the latest patch, EA did something fucky with careers, I dont have any Mod'd careers working.

Jumping in here to say I love this mod and have been using it for years, but I have also had an issue like some above where the Sim cannot go to the venue to work; the list of job activities pops up, but the Sim remains at home and cannot travel because it says that they're working. I do have Lot51 core and the universal venue list installed, but I haven't been able to get it to work; I have a venue listed as the AWE porn studio, so I was unsure how to proceed.

Okay, I just tried one last thing to fix this, and it worked! It seems that the building listed as the AWE studio got reverted to a residential lot for some reason. So, if you were having the issue that I did, double check that the lot is still listened as an AWE studio.

You don't have the AWE_Core.ts4script file installed.

A) I tried the maid scene today and it works for me, so I'm not sure what is causing that for you.

B) The maid cafe career is a normal rabbithole career.

I will have to look at the goals and see what scores they have because it seems that the combination you got did not add to 100%.

With the new version, your Sims will be unemployed and you will have to rejoin. I put in a boost so that any who had made it to level 5 should be rehired at that level. Any who were at a higher level will need to have cheats to reach the old level if you want it immediately instead of working for it.
